Contact the planning desk
Send travel dates, party size and monument priorities. We reply within one business day with tier confirmation and payment instructions. Walk-in consultations available Sunday through Thursday 9:00–17:00 at 15 Pyramids Road, Giza 12556.
How we handle your request
Form submissions route to Nadia Farouk (ticket research) and Karim Hossam (transport) depending on your questions. Include your Cairo hotel district or airport arrival time so fare estimates match your origin. Mention mobility concerns early—we adjust interior recommendations before you buy chamber tickets.
Phone calls to +20 2 3587 4420 reach the front desk in Arabic or English. Peak season (October–February) may require callback within two hours. Email [email protected] attaches best for party lists, cruise schedules and multi-day Cairo itineraries.
We do not sell Antiquities tickets by phone. Payment for planning tiers clears via bank transfer, InstaPay or PayPal before PDF delivery. Invoices show GAFI registry 478362 and ETA tax ID 764-293-518.
Before you write
Check our pyramids guide and pricing tiers for baseline ticket costs. If you only need camel rate benchmarks, the camel tours page may answer without a paid plan. Complex cruise layovers or groups above twenty should describe constraints in the message field.
Office closed Fridays and Saturdays per Egyptian business week. Urgent same-day questions during your visit: tourist police post near Sphinx parking can radio licensed inspectorate staff—we include their number in every planning file.

Response times and languages
Standard enquiries receive email reply within one business day. Pyramid Coordinator tier with travel within seventy-two hours gets priority queue—often same-day confirmation. We answer in English and Arabic; planning PDFs default to English with optional Arabic summary for EGP 90.
We do not provide twenty-four-hour on-call guiding—only documented planning. During your visit, tourist police near the Sphinx handle immediate safety issues; our office line is for pre-visit and post-visit coordination.
What to include in your message
Exact Giza dates (not only "next month"), number of travellers and ages, hotel district or cruise ship name, interest in Khufu interior, GEM, Solar Boat or camel loops, and any knee, heart or claustrophobia limits. Missing mobility data delays interior recommendations.
If you already read our pyramids guide or Sphinx tips, mention which sections left questions—we avoid repeating content already answered on site unless you request a consolidated PDF.
Payment after confirmation
Bank details arrive in the confirmation email—never through unsolicited WhatsApp messages claiming to be our desk. Verify sender domain @museum-in.cyou. InstaPay handles most Egyptian client transfers; international clients use PayPal link with 3% processor fee disclosed upfront.
Walk-in clients may pay cash at office with receipt; PDF releases same day if quota research is complete. Coordinator tier guide introductions schedule only after payment clears and you approve mobility summary.
International dialling
From outside Egypt dial +20 2 3587 4420. Office observes Egypt Standard Time UTC+2 year-round. Email remains reliable when voice lines congest during local holidays.
Accessibility at our office
Third-floor walk-up without elevator— schedule phone or email consultation if stairs difficult. Documents delivered digitally regardless of visit ability.
Coordinator tier clients requesting guide introduction should list preferred language: Arabic, English, French, German or Spanish— our roster covers these most frequently. Other languages require three extra business days to confirm availability.
Spam filters blocking @museum-in.cyou: whitelist our domain or use phone first contact so we can reply from alternate thread if needed.
Office location on Pyramids Road sits between Mena House approach and local limestone suppliers— taxi drivers know the strip; GPS pin available in confirmation email upon request.
